Reservations are given priority. You can book online 24 hours a day, and same-day appointments are possible when slots are open — please check availability on the booking site first.

Booking is online. Use the Hair booking site for haircuts, color, and treatments, and the Eye & Nail booking site for eyelash, brow, and nail services. The booking pages are in Japanese, so we recommend using your browser's translate function. Feel free to write your requests in simple English in the comment box.

Yes. ELLE by Hanabi is the only total beauty salon in Miyakojima, offering hair, eyelash, and nail services under one roof. Hair and eye/nail use separate booking sites, so please book each service and mention in the comment box that you would like them on the same day. You can also message us on Instagram (@elle_miyakojima) and we will arrange it for you.

You can change or cancel through the booking site you used. For same-day cancellations, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made within one hour of your appointment time are treated the same as a no-show, and 100% of the booked menu price will be charged. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may ask you to change your menu or reschedule, in which case a 50% change fee applies. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely. Photo references are the best way to communicate your image. For nails, we also welcome design bring-ins — one color, French, gradation, magnet, and mirror nails are all available.

Of course — visits during your trip are very welcome. The time required depends on the menu, so if you have a fixed schedule, please mention it in the comment box when booking.
